Andrea Curthoys, The Lifescaping Coach, is the founder of Lifescaping LLC, a coaching practice dedicated to empowering individuals with invisible impairments—mental, emotional, cognitive, and physical—that often obstruct personal peace and professional fulfillment. With over thirty years of leadership experience in the private club industry, Andrea brings a deep understanding of high-touch service, resilience, and human-centered leadership. She is a certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach, Career Management Coach, and proud member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. Andrea holds an MS in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA.
Andrea’s coaching is grounded in the Maxwell Method of Leadership, a proven framework that draws from John Maxwell’s extensive body of work—over 100 books on leadership, personal growth, and intentional living. She integrates these timeless principles into every coaching engagement, helping clients clarify their purpose, elevate their influence, and lead with authenticity. Andrea believes that leadership is not a position—it’s a mindset and a daily practice.
In addition to her leadership work, Andrea is a certified OPTAVIA Health Coach, guiding clients through science-backed nutrition plans and the Habits of Health® Transformational System. She specializes in Mindful Weight Management, Metabolic Resets, Mindful Muscle Recovery, and offers first-hand insight into GLP-1 usage as part of holistic wellness journeys. Her approach blends behavioral science, compassionate accountability, and practical tools to help clients achieve sustainable health and vitality.
